ChemPROTECT сhemically resistant compound
When it comes to wear protection of equipment, we may often encounter issues, which seem unsolvable on their face.
Let's simulate the "nightmare" of any production process: an incredible chemical load ("aqua regia" concentrated nitric + hydrochloric acid), thermal shocks (rapid temperature drops or rises), intense wear (flow velocity 10-25 m/s), peak short-term temperatures up to 1000 ˚C, and all that at 100% humidity.
Under the conditions described, special stainless steel 10 mm thick can only last 7 days until complete wear.
WEARTECH chemically resistant compound (based on our practical experience) is guaranteed to last at least 180 days.

Chemical resistance of the compound
The chemically resistant compound is resistant to all acids and compounds with an acidic hydrolysis reaction, as well as to all organic compounds, except for products with an alkaline hydrolysis reaction.
